Went up to North Georgia into the wilderness for a week with
the Teachers Quorum, and my bro Dan. White water rafting,
hiking up waterfalls, camping in the pooring rain, lots of
fun.

Pictures.
Last week Sarah and I went to the Fair with our neighbors:
James & Toni Jones and their 1 & 1/2 year-old son
Aiden. My favorite was the bumber cars, Aiden enjoyed everything
saying "this", "that" pointing to everything
we passed. Also Sarah got her wisdom teeth taken out. I couldn't
help but take a few pictures in her vulnerable state :). She
was really out of it, but you'll be glad to note that due
to my tender loving care she has been nursed back to health.
Also I was a valet parker for a dance they had at the church.
I also caught a few snapshots of the cross-town road that
collapsed last week. (The road that I'll be driving on each
day to work.) And the first picture is of my new co-worker
Barry Pope, who is really great to work with.

This airshow was really impressive.
B2 stealth bomber, F-117 steath night-hawk, F-14, C-5s. wow.
Also have a couple shots of my photogenic siblings on their trip to Utah for general conference. And a picture of Dan
with his snowboard buddys on the top of a mountain.

with Byron. I visited my college roomate Byron Pollan
this month. He and his wife Erin have two cute boys: Carter
and Tyler. They were very good sports letting me stay at their
house. Then we got to tour the Natural history museum downtown
and my favorite: the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum.

beautiful
fam pics. What a great looking bunch we are! (especially
me, and no I'm not going bald. It's just the harsh lighting).
It was a very democratic process choosing which ones to keep.
But now you can decide if we made the right choice. Check
out our pearly whites, who is the fairest of them all? Besides
me of course. You decide.

Our
new couch. Next time you come
over you won't have to sit on the floor again. We finally
got a couch for you to sit on. It is a very comfortable denim,
dark blue material with ottoman, end table and lamp. We also
have a leaf rug for the dining room. Sarah, with all her trading
spaces experience made covers for the pillows and she made
blinds out of placemats. She's ready to be on TV!

of family at Grandpa's funeral. Grandpa
is one of the people I have respected most in life, and I
am not alone in this respect. He was a good man, a hard working
man, a man of God. As everyone who spent time with Grandpa,
I'll never forget the things he taught me, his love, and his
many exciting stories. He always surprised us with his youthful
jests, especially the time he took us to an icy parking lot
to do doughnuts. In loving memory, Grandpa Lynn Fluckiger.

of our new house. The extra
space for Sarah's kitchen and my office were nice, but the
real selling point was the pond with an alligator accross
the street. Sarah and I made an offer which was accepted today.
It was a big step, but we think it was a good one. Now that
we have a house, we will definitely need some visitors...

Leg
pictures Joseph broke his right leg this month. While
out on an adventurous bike ride with some friends, he took
a spill and broke his fibula. He's now going to beep as he
goes through the metal detector at the airport as he has a
titanium plate just above his right ankle. The operation went
well and everything is healing well, now is just a question
of when he'll be able to ride his bike again.

Sarah
and I are now Aunt and Uncle! Sarah's brother Spencer and
his wife Mikelle had a beautiful new baby named Cadence. She
was born on September 19, 2002 at 3:04 P.M. She weighed only
5lbs 2oz and was 17.5 inches long.
We will definitely
be the favorite Aunt and Uncle, because after all, she looks
like us don't you think? More

reunion
pictures. I could count the fish I've caught in my life
on one hand .. until the lewis family reunion. Now I've caught
6! (The other 5 were also in fish ponds.) The hills were alive
with the sound of Adrianne's singing. Also included are pictures
of my beautiful and available sister Camilla, and our friends
Scott and Leigh Ann Green.
